Return & Exchange Policy
- We possess a strict no return or no refund policy.
- We only offer conditional exchange if you face quality issues with the product.
- Changes required on color, fabric or size can only be made before the production. Once the order is in the making, changes then will not be approved.
- If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or size, you should get back to us within 48hours of order delivery.
- Delivery charges cannot be reimbursed.
Note: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, as each devices display vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate. Thus in case of minor color variation, return application would not be applicable.
Further, in case of custom orders, we have the right to alter or modify the design, production, and other materials of any of our products and to substitute material equal to or superior to the originally specified.
Before your parcel is dispatched, it is fully checked and controlled. If you receive an item, which is damaged, or the order is not as per the order form, or a different item has been delivered, please contact us immediately. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchange.
